What Is The Treatment Of Spot On Leg ?

I have red spot on my leg that fades when you push on it, but then comes right back. It has been there for two years that I know of. It reminds me of busted capillaries except its a circle the size of pencil eraser. It's not raised, doesn't itch, etc.
