hi, the lower part of my eye has been twitching for over a week but i dont feel it, my coworkers noticed and told me that, but since sat im been having headaches & nausia. also yesterday the right side of my face felt weird, numbess & tingling when i touch it. I woke up with no headache but now my face still feels worse

Twitching is neurological due to muscle spasm. It will go by itself. Other complain look like migraine. It requires eye examination specially muscle mov ment. Treatment for migraine can be started.
