What Is The Treatment To Cure A Preemie Of Watery Green Stool During Feeding?
Hi my preemie has changed to S26 gold comfort formula after poor toleration of the standard s26 gold.
He now has a loose to watery green stool in at each feed and intermittently between feeds.
I am concerned that he is not tolerating the change in formula, but reluctant to return to either the standard s26 gold or Nan as he did not tolerate these.
I am also concerned that ongoing loose stools will result in volume depletion.
Please assist.

Following are the signs of dehydration
1. Decreased skin turgor: the skin goes back slowly after pinching
2. Depressed anterior frontanelle
3. Dry oral mucosa
4. No tear film in eye
5. Refusal of feeds
if you notice any of the symptom, would suggest you to consult your Pediatrician.
