i am not gaining weight even after many medicine like ashwagndha,shatavari,and homeopathic medicines.i am just 46 kgs...i was in habit of masturbation from early age..currently i am 25 yrs old..i have blood test done,everything is ok as per allopathy doctor but i am greatly depressed, i looks quite immature at this age, i am taking cyproheptadine syrup for appetite ,,but nothing is happening...i lost all my confidence...plz suggest something

Weight gain can be achieved by increasing your calorie intake and reducing your energy output (activity).

This can be done by: (1) increasing the frequency of your meals

(2)using snacks between meals particularly high calorie snacks such as nuts

(3)increasing your portion sizes

(4) adding dressings/oils/peanut butter to meals to increase the calorie value of your meals
