OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Leave at least a 6 month gap from the last miscarriage. During this period, you and your spouse need to be investigated for the cause of frequent miscarriage. Take folic acid when you start planning your pregnancy. Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes a day. Be calm. Do not stress yourself. You also need to be screened for anti phospholipid antibody syndrome. Sometimes, this can also be the cause and it has to be treated from the time it is diagnosed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
