Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimple occur on face when duct of sebaceous gland get blocked and infected by bacteria. You should visualize it in day light. I would suggest you to not to prick or touch pimples , exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin and bacteria's, wash your face with face-wash containing benzoyl peroxide twice a day ,avoid over exposure to sun and apply kojic acid cream ( kojivit ) tawice a day after washing face .Also apply vitamin C serum at night . If condition doesn't improve in a month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , isotretinoin containing ointment or procedures like chemical peel or microdermabrassion.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
