Hello, Welcome to HCM. Mostly height is determined by genetics and environment. Avoid growth-stunting factors like alcohol, smoking, caffeine, steroids etc. Take food at regular time daily. Take calcium, vitamin D, protein, zinc, niacin more in diet. Growth hormone secrets more during sleep, so take rest properly. Take a straight posture while standing. Take fresh fruits and veg more for good immunity. Do regular exercise. If there is family problem of height, please consult your doctor. Hope these all will work well. Thanks for contacting us.
