Hello,
Thank you for your contact to healthcare magic.
I understand your health concern, if I am your doctor I suggest you that the pregnancy is the condition of hemodilution. So there is dilution of blood which show up as low haemoglobin. In pregnancy you should start iron therapy before you plan pregnancy, so whenever there is hemodilution your haemoglobin will not decreases. In the present condition I would like to tell you that you should think of taking opinion of nearby gynaecologist, because in nearby pregnancy exact physical examination is required to decide the treatment.

I will be happy to answer all your future concern.
Thank you,
Dr Arun Tank
