What Is The Treatment To Reduce Fat In The Legs?

Hello. My name is Mathilde, I am 18 years old, 174 centimeters tall and weigh 52 kilos. I have the impression that my legs are incredibly fat, try and eat as little as possible, feel terrible after meals and think about food all of the time. I don't think I am anorexic as I really don't look it but do you think that I might be so?

Good day and thanks for the question. Actually you are underweight with a BMI (Body mass index) of 17.18km/m2 which considers your weight and your height. I dont think your legs are incredibly fat based on your BMI. Eat good foods and foods that you like, you can get food supplements too. A visit to a dietician will help identify nutritious foods that will make you gain weight. I do not think you are anorexic too, but you have to help yourself in gaining weight. Not eating well and thinking you are fat when actually you are not would be detrimental to your health and make you anorexic. Hope it helps. Thank you.
