Hi. i have a question, After i had my second child i gain alot of weight when my daughter was around 5 months i went to the doctor because on my shoulder i had a lump. The doctor told me it was a fat pouch and laughed saying i had nothing to worry about. i went to a different doctor and he told me the same thing. that it happen after you gain and lose weight that it goes away on it s on. My question is, Is there anyway i can help it go away fast? would working out or changing my eating help me? i don t eat right, i know eat alot of fatty food, fast food. im 5 4 i weight only 140. the fat pouch is starting to calls me discomfort
