Yesterday I felt a "tremor" in my chest, in the region of my heart. It lasted for about 2 minutes and then things returned to normal. This not the first time I've had this happening but yesterday's experience was the worst and I am feeling very uncomfortable about it. I am diabetic.
There is nothing like tremors in chest. By histroy I think you might be having palpitation. Palpitation is feeling your own heart beats rapidly and this can gives false beliefe of tremors. Since you have diabetes I would suggest you to undergo this tests. ECG, ECHO, n ECG at the time of episode.
