What Is The Tummy Roll In Pelvic Area?

I am 200 pounds and i have a very small tummy roll or overlapping of skin right at the top of my underware line. A few weeks ago it had looked like a bruse , as if i had popped a blood vessil and now it is small , open and bleeding(no puss) and i am comcerned, I shower daily and am working on loosing weight, whats wrong with me ?

It is likely, based on your description, a small ulcer.

The heat, friction and moisture in the overlapping area would predispose to infection and may affect healing.

The surfaces should be separated if possible with cotton or linen material which would keep the area cool.
The use of antibiotic powder may be better that a cream which would add moisture.

The area should also be cleaned daily with a mild antiseptic.

If it does not heal then you would need to see your doctor for possibly an oral antibiotic.
