Hi, Can you please advise how safe it is to use Niftran 100 mg , 1 capsule daily for 3 months. What are the possible side effects and and what frequency doe sthat occur. Thanks

What exactly are your Symptoms? Why was this Prescribed to you? It is most commonly Prescribed antibiotic for Uncomplicated Urinary Tract Infection (UTI). Niftran is a antibiotic which contains Nitrofurantoin, The Probable side effects of this Medicine include, Nausea, vomiting, anorexia, abdominal pain, diarrhea, headache, drowsiness, vertigo, dizziness,rash, urticaria, pruritus, fever. But don't worry about the side effects as they may or may not occur. You will have to just take it as directed by Your Doctor and go for regular follow up. Drink Plenty of water and get adequate rest.
