What Is The Use Of Transamin?

My 24 year old daughter is living in Japan and was diagnosed with tonsillitis. She had completed a 4 day treatment of one antibiotic and 3 non-steroidal anti inflammatory medications. Because her tonsil did not decrease in size(the size of a ping pong) the doctor at the clinic today says it is partially cured and continue with medicine. He re prescribed some of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines, no antibiotic this time and this new medicine called transamin. I am searching to see what this medicine is and I am not having any luck. Could you tell me what this medicine is and does?

Transamin(Tranexamic Acid) is used to stop bleeding.
What are the other medicines,& Antibiotic given, please give detail so that i can advice you better .
Write the complaints of your daughter left.
Donot think about the size of tonsil.you are concern about symptoms
Check the diet .
Please wait for 1-2 months for decrease of size of tonsil
Have a patience your daughter would be alright .
