Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Asthakind syrup is used in the treatment of asthma and acute bronchitis. It helps open up the respiratory airway and loosen the mucus in it, making it easier for the patient to breathe and expectorate viscid mucus.
The main side effects to watch out for are a feeling of tremors in the body, anxiety, palpitation in the chest, restlessness and nausea.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Raja Sanjeev Vohra
