welcome to healthcaremagic
the principle of treating vaginal infection is to treat both the partners simultaneously and both should use the kit and ointment
it will be better to shave pubic hairs and apply ointment over the genital area and around perineum twice daily and for 10 days
better not to indulge in sex this time till the infection is cleared
get a blood sugar check up both fasting and 2 hrs p p blood sugar to exclude diabetes whivh may be the cause of recuurrent infections
if both of you did not take the treatment earlier that may be the cause of repeated infection

Hello;

welcome to HealthcareMagic

Vaginal infections occur mainly due to candida organism where you have white discharge and itching.The male partner is the carrier of the organism but the disease is only formed in females and because of the carrier male there is relapse.So now your Gynaec has done the right thing to give you as well as your husband the Nuforce 3 kit which will treat the organism in both of you as well as prevent relapse.When you are taking the kit avoid sex.As for the method of application please consult the Gynaec for proper method.The treatment is important and other than allergy to the medicines do not worry about the side effects as it is a very short course and will not harm you.

Thanks
