Hello Dr I under went IUI treatment last month, but it failed. This my my gynec has asked us to try naturally and have prescribed ovaflo - dehydroepiandrosterone capsules. What is the use of this medicine? What are the other ways can I try for pregnancy

Hi, this medicine is given to increase the number of follicles in the ovaries. So you can try naturally while taking this medicine. This medicine is given for 3 to 6 months to those whose ovaries have less number of follicles. If it doesn't work, then you can try IUI for 3 cycles again. If it doesn't work, then you can go for IVF.
