Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Is The Vibrating Feeling In My Chest While I'm Asleep?
When asleep, I am woken with a vibrating feeling on the left side of my chest. After a minute or two upon awakening, it stops. I had examinations for my heart but all was normal. Doctors I have been to can't explain it and suggest it is from stress, adrenaline surge, etc. But whatever it is it wakes me up every night and when I fall asleep it starts again. I am a 58 year old woman, and my other health problems are headaches when the barometric pressure falls, and some food allergies. Thank you for your help.
