What Is The White Headed Pimple On Tip Of Penis After Rough Sex?

Hi. I noticed a small abrasion on tip of my penis the very next morning I had rough sex with my girlfriend and it turned two days later into one single white-headed pimple. I have no pain and there is no discharge of any unusual fluid or any smell. what could it be? how to treat it? Thank You

It could very well be an abrasion. You dont need to do anything. Just give it rest and keep it clean. It will heal in a weeks time. But try and practice safe methods to avoid such problems in future. Take care.
