What Is The White Spot On My Tongue?
Dear Doctor; I am really concerned with my white spot on the tongue. Once i used to the massage parlor. With rubbing my penis to the buttock with underwear both of us, is it risk of HIV infection? I tested my blood after three months and the result is negative. so, could be reliable with this result? pls help me, I really concerned!

White spot on tongue suggests stress ulcers or canker sores which can occur whenever there is stress and not necessarily due to HIV infection. If your blood result is HIV negative, you do not have to worry much. I suggest application of dentogel over the white spot on tongue. Avoid spicy foods. Also take B complex capsules twice daily for a week. It will heal within a week.

It is not HIV.
It may have other like stomatitis or vitamin deficiency.
Only rubbing with underwear would not lead to any chance of infection.
It is not route of transmission.
So no need to worry.
Your test results are accurate.
I PREFER VITAMIN B COMPLEX AND FOLIC ACID FOR THIS KIND OF LESION . IF NOT IMPROVE THEN CONSULT A PHYSICIAN.
