What Is The Whooshing In My Left Ear?

I have a wooshing in my left ear when I stand up out of bed in the morning and sometimes get light headed from it. I also get light headed with physical activity some times but not often. What could cause this and is a cardiologist the right person to talk to? Thank you! I am 26.

This is probably due to eustachian tube blockage which can be due to a recent nasal or throat infection. You should consult an ENT SPECIALIST.
