What Is This Lump On The Side Of My Bum Hole Which Bleeds When Passing Stools And Peers Out ?

i have a lump on the inside of my bum hole, sometimes bleeds when i pass stools and comes out when i trump my bum hole hurts sometimes, when i pass stools it bleeds sometimes, i looked in the mirror and noticed when i crouch a big lump peers out , i am very concerned as i am only 23 years old and a woman, also noticed it comes out when i trump, when i wipe myself i feel it sometimes but not always,

The lump or swelling on anus is a haemorrhoid or as we call piles in common language.It comes due to constipation & straining which leads to dilation of a vein in that region which is occassionally bleeding when you strain for stools.Some diet changes like eating of food rich in fibres like vegetables ;fruits.Avoid fatty ;oily ;fried food;eat less non-veg;drink plenty of water & you should feel better.If there is more bleeding again consult a doctor for treatment.
