What Is Treatment For Sore Throat With Temperature Of 75 Degrees F?
14 year old, has a sore throat with painful shoulders and upper arms as well as sore legs. Has a fever, warm to the touch and he feels cold with an indoor temperature of 75 degrees F. Is this the common cold or something more serious? He is male and mildly active in sports.

Hi,
It seems that he might be having upper respiratory tract infection producing generalized bodyache, malaise and fatigue.
He might require one course of antibiotic medicine like Anmoxicilin, Azithromicin for 5 days.
Give him analgesic like Ibuprofen as and when required.
Avoid cold drinks, fried and junk food.
Ok and take care.
