What Is Vertin Tablet Used For?

I am retired C.Govt officer & under CGHS medicare. Taking monthly medicines of STORVAS 10 tablets- daily one for Colostal.
My BP is normal. Yester day suddenly I had digginess while travelling.
Today I went to CGHS & had full check up
BP: 130/80. ECG NORMAL.
Doctor prescribed VERTIN 8mg. I am 63 years old.
What for VERTIN in addtion to Storvar. Is it OK.
Give me your adnice.

hello n welcome. VERTIN IS BETAHISTINE HCL, it is used for dizziness and vertigo episodes , it is safe to take vertin. thanx, have a nice day
