What Kind Of Diet Should Be Followed To Reduce Bloating In Stomach Due To Acidity?

Hi, my problem is becuase of gas, my tummy looks big and i look like i am pregnant. This started happening more after my baby was born, as i did not tie my tummy in despite normal delivery. My kid is 8yrs now, but the problem of blown tummy is still there. I have started taking Tripala tablets, which seems like helping me out. What diet should i take please advice. Also why is the stomach bloating so much ??

It is called dyspepsia.
It usually occurs due to over eating . disturbed diet pattern. Stress. Anxiety and even after disturbed sleep pattern.
Drink more water and other liquid.
Avoid stress.anxiety.
Take more liquid. Simple and high fiber diet.
Go for exercise. Yoga regularly.
Take rebelprazole with domperidone.
Enzyme preparations will be helpful.
Consult family physician for further guidance.
