What Kind Of Effect Can An Infant Have While In A Basement Apartment?

hi, what kind of effect can an infant have when living in a basement apartment? Considering that there is minimal sunlight exposure, central air system, carpeting in bedroom and tile flooring everywhere else. The air does seem to be crisp and not humid. What kind of advice can you provide?

For a healthy living, let him sun light exposed for 1-2 hours a day (not direct), keep the living room well ventilated and dust/mold free.
