What Kind Of Food Should I Avoid While Suffering From Fever, Cold And Slight Cough?

I am having slight fever, cold and slight cough. This started with little irritation on the throat. I had the same situation about 18 days back. After X-ray, tests, no TB was detected but with medications I got alright. Now the same problem. What should I do, should I take the same medicines, what should I eat and avoid?

Thanks

Hello,
You should not do self medication and must talk to your doctor for the advice.
Avoid cold drinks and greasy foods.
Take steam inhalation and do hot saline gargles.
Drinking hot tea and soups would help your symptoms.
Thanks
