Having minimal enlargment in liver & spleen though not alarming should not be neglected & due attention should be given if it is accompanied by the symptoms such as loss of apetite, nausea & vommiting.
In such situations it is advisable to have bland diet lacking spices, and oily foods. Try to avoid out side foods as much as possible. Try to increase the contents of milk, buttermilk & curd in the diet. Avoid fried items. Drink as much of water you can.
As you have miminal enlargement of liver & spleen it will be better to repeat the sonography of the abdomen after 7 to 10 days if you are not having any other symptoms & your helth is good.
But any deterioration from normal health such as fever, excessive vomiting etc should prompt you towards the doctor for physical examination & further opinion.
