What Kind Of Scan Or Tests Are Recommended For Lump In Muscle, Pain Behind Ear And Neck Spurs?

Pain behind ear and on right neck gland ...lump on left side in muscle two inches below ear -pain LOWER half of headin back .. very concerning... I done have arthis in the top 3 spine neck bones and a couple neck spurs... would you advise a cat scan or whT test?
