What Kind Of Should I Take To Have Normal Bowel Activity?
Dec 9th I had the hemisphere of the colon removed as well as portion of the small intestine. It has been over 8 weeks, have not been able to slow down the bowel movements or to stop urgency of diarrhea, also fast projected spitting burst of movements when I have any gas that needs to be passed. I am currently on a reg diet, 2 probiotic caps a day and try to stay away from fatty foods. What diet can I use and foods that I can eat that will slow the process of the bowel movements to have normal bowel activity again?.
