What Leads To Blood In The Urine?

Hi Doc....my father is a diabetic prostate cancer patient,age 70.last year he had operation,where both testis were removed & had done micro surgery in prostate but not removed.now for last 3days he is suffering from high blood sugar 350 and continues urine bleeding. his PSA level is 3.65 right now. now the question is that does the bleeding happening from sugar infection or cancer spread ed all through the body??
