What Leads To Constant Vomiting Sensation?

hi, my 8 months old daugther had a big vomit yesterday night and after about 24 hours of that incident, she has got loose motions now (twice in an hour). Please suggest what to do? She is travelling with her mom after 24 hours and its a 30 hour air journey.

I really appreciate your concern, in pediatric age group with the history of vomiting and diarrhea great care needs to be taken for dehydration else the symptoms could be self limiting for the vomiting Domperidone can be tried it is highly advisable to see the doctor it is risky to take any chance hope this information helps.
