i'm 32 and 4 days post my period, developed a swollen and painful right side of labia minor. i then developed a hard lump with turned into what looked like a pimple. it burst and a hard lump of pus and blood came out. I have no other symptoms, no tingling or redness or itchyness. Could this be genital herpes...it did not look like a blister tho...
