What Makes My Eyes Dry, Crusty And Painful In The Morning?
I have been waking up with crusty eyes and eye pain. Feels like it is behind my eyes. My Doctor treated it with Tobramycin which did not help. Still having extremely dry eyes and eye pain. Mouth also seems really dry. What could be causing the eye issues? Going on for 2 weeks now. Thanks for your response.

It seems from the history that you are having crusty and painful eyes. This is because of infective conjunctivitis and treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops. Tobramycin being an antibiotic can be used.
Since you are having dry eyes with dry mouth dry eye needs to be ruled out.
This requires treatment by use of artificial tears eye drops.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
