What Makes My Vagina Bleed After My Clitoris Is Stimulated During Sex?

hi, i am 21 currently on microgynon 30 and 100mg sertraline daily. i find that everytime my clitoris is stimulated by myself or partner, i will bleed from my vagina. it keeps happening lately even though i have been on both medications for over a year. i am really worried, what could it be? thankyou
