What May Be The Cause For Severe Pain In The Wrist?
My right wrist has become very painful when I use it to do everyday activities. I fell three weeks ago when I didn t see that the sidewalk was ending, and only really noticed a very painful sprained ankle. But as my ankle pain eased, my wrist pain has gotten worse.

The symptoms seem to be related to the injury. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain. I also suggest to avoid overuse of the wrist and maintain it immobilized. I suggest to use cold compresses for local relief.
