What May Be The Cause Of Recurrence Of Tonsillitis?
my 19 year old daughter is having yet another episode of tonsillitis. She started getting symtoms yesterday evening and because she already had antibiotics in case this should happen she has started to take them. the problem is that she is flying to New York on Saturday morning. Will she be able to fly?

Hi, thanks for the query.
In my opinion she suffering from chronic tonsillitis .
Start antiseptic mouthwash , Plenty of fluids , combination of Paracetemol + Ibuprofen , Antihistaminic levocetirizine , Antibiotic azithromycin for 5 days.
During flying swallow fluid repeatedly , avoid sleep while fiying , use chew gum & Decongestant nasal drops . Consider tonsillectomy if tonsillitis is recurrent.
