What May Cause Infertility & Delay In Conceiving?

Hello Doctor, we are planning to get a baby. My reports and my husbands reports are absolutely fine. No problem in that. Even though we are not getting succeed. Why i want to know. As per the follicle test iam releasing eggs and they are rupturing, and we are also in contact while egg ruptures. After all this, iam not pregnant. Why??? Its really a bad situation for me. My age is 28 and my husband's age is 32. Please suggest me...

To conceive is naturally in GOD's hand.In many cases there are both partner's reports normal and they are not able to conceive.I hope you already know that which is the optimum time to have sex which can produce infertilisation.If not know , it is 13th to 16th day of your menstruation starts considering your menses regular and of 28-30 days.If you are not aware about this , try in theses days.If you already know, go for IVF(In vitro fertilization) if you want to have baby early.
