Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Loss of consciousness may be due to
1. Severe internal bleed leads to hypotension and shock.
2. Intraabdominal bleed leads to peritonitis septicemia shock.
3. Hypotension renal failure lead to hyperuricemia and uremic encephalopathy.
4. Electrolyte imbalance leads to altered behavior.
5. Hemoglobin loss leads to hypoxia lead to hypoxic encephalopathy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
