Hi,
It seems that you might be having upper respiratory tract infection producing this problem.
Do antiseptic gargles with listerene or feel fresh liquid.
Take ibuprofen medicine for pain.
Avoid fried, chilies, junk food and cold drinks.
If there is no improvement for few days then you might require one course of antibiotic medicine like Azithromicin.
Ok and take care.
