What May Have Led To Fever And Sinus Infection From Discomfort In Throat And General Malaise?

Hi - I have had discomfort in my throat and general malaise since Dec 31. It felt like a cold, but in the last few days, I have also developed what appears to be a sinus infection, body aches and just today i began having a fever and diarhea fever is 100.6 as of rightnow

It seems from the history that you are having discomfort in throat, malaise, fever, diarrhoea...
These symptoms indicate infective etiology representing bacterial or viral infection.
The treatment is by appropriate antibiotics and use of symptomatic drugs like antiinflammatory and analgesic drugs and decongestant drugs.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for further evaluation and treatment accordingly.

Hello

Please meet your doctor as it looks like the infection may be spreading in your body and you will need antibiotics for it, besides you need to be tested as to why the infection is spreading. Please meet your doctor as soon as possible. For the time being, take lots of fluids and steam inhalation 4-5 times a day , that will help.
