im 31 weeks pregnant and for the past couple days ive been having green poop and then yesterday when i had went to pee i noticed it looked yellowish with like strings of white which looked sorta like sperm but i havent had sex in a few weeks i was wondering what could this be?

Hello , it can be trichimonas vaginitis means infection in vagina , take clindamycin
+metronidazole vaginal pessaries , keep them for 3-4 nights , be sure that this is not leaking per vagina, apply sterile pad over vulva and if it is like urine and green coloured , it can be meconium also so better consult your gynae and go for an ultrasound.
