i think you have hypothyroidism on regular treatment.
maybe you taken the thyroid tablets on the day of testing
if so ,then it may be the reason for the raised t4

you may try the folowing ayurveda medicines

1.varanadi kashayam tablet 2-0-2 before food

2.setebid tab 2-0-2 before food

do moderate exercises

low calorie food

get back to me after three months
