It depends upon the fact that how you lost weight, If it is diet restriction, it is O.K, otherwise, the reason should be searched, and it is to be corrected.

weight loss. if there is any chronic disease it is to be corrected.
If by natural way, Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good health and resistance against infections.
