General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think that might be hormonal issue. Should check your thyroid and adrenal/sexual hormones to evaluate related problems. Once you treat the primary cause, then, all your symptoms will get eased too. Discuss this further with endocrinologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care. All the best.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
