What Medical Condition Causes Body Aches, Weight Loss, Rashes In The Mouth And Pain In The Spleen, Liver And Kidneys?

Hello, I ve had the following symptoms the past three days: rash around mouth exhaustion pain in organs (spleen, liver, pericardium, kidneys) sweats (one mid-day yesterday, one morning today) achy throughout body weight loss to lower body (below abdomen) I ve had similar episodes in the past, the most pronounced about 2 years ago. What might be wrong? Thank you

Hello,

You may be suffering from viral fever with polymyalgia with body pains.

It may also cause a rash. Drug allergy or autoimmune disease may can present like this.

Use tablet pantoprazole. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Take rest, drink plenty of water. Use tablet paracetamol thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
