What Medical Condition Causes Chronic Lower Back Pain, Pain In The Kidneys, Difficulty In Urinating And Blood In The Urine?

I am suffering from chronic low back pain but now I am having pain at my kidneys as well, difficulty in urinating, either feel like have to go and can t evacuate my bladder completely or not going at all. I have blood in my urine and bladder pain. I m losing weight but my lymph nodes in my groin are enlarged and an abcess that started out small with foul odor and it has now tunneled down my right labia. I was tested for std s, HIV and Hep C and all negative. My urine showed blood at the doctor s office. What might it be and what should I do?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

If you have not seen a urologist, this would be a mandatory next step. An infection may be the cause, but it is important to rule out cancer.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anders Mark Christensen,
General Surgeon
