Hi,

Please don't get panic. Just be cool n calm. You have not mentioned your age. Anyway, these symptoms might be due to nutritional Deficiencies & venous pooling of blood to lower extremities. That leads to stagnation of blood for a long time thus lead to pain.

You need to to do the following things :
1. Leg raising by 2-4 inches while lying down on the bed.
2. Avoid standing for long. You can keep walking. This will improve your blood circulation.
3. You can do warm Fomentation of your legs.
4. Start taking supplements: multivitamins - minerals, Calcium & Vit D3.
5. Just ensure that your vitals: BP, Blood sugar, weight, basic investigations: CBC & Urine R&ME are in Normal range.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajaygupta009, General & Family Physician
