Hello,

Gastroparesis or irritable bowel syndrome or malignancy or tuberculosis of abdomen may present with above symptoms.

But until the examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Chronic constipation may cause decreased appetite again lead to weight loss.

Eat a high fibre diet, do regular exercise, avoid spicy food and alcohol. Drink plenty of water and get it done ultrasound abdomen and blood sugar.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
