What Medical Conditions Other Than Stroke Can Cause Seizures In A 59-year-old Woman?
What other medical conditions cause stroke like symptoms? My mother is 59 and currently in critical stable condition she is also having seizures and i know she is a cocaine addict that relapsed. Did that have something to do with it? I m just trying to figure out what other things can be done to find out why she is showing signs of a stroke and the results say negative

Prolonged cocaine use can cause a seizure. Consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI scan to rule out organic causes.
